Hello Alice

Hello Alice is a platform dedicated to empowering small business owners and entrepreneurs, especially those from underrepresented groups like women, people of color, veterans, and the LGBTQ+ community. It offers grants, funding opportunities, educational resources, networking tools, and personalized recommendations to support business growth. The brand features a whimsical aesthetic, incorporating oblong shapes, Ziggy the mascot, clouds, and sparkles, consistently applied across social media, websites, print, email, and event materials to create cohesive marketing assets.

Before the launch of the Hello Alice app, I was responsible for designing the promotional graphics displayed on the Apple and Google Play Stores. These assets were crafted to capture the essence of the Hello Alice brand while effectively showcasing the app's key features and benefits. My designs highlighted the app's intuitive functionality, support for small business owners, and focus on providing resources, guidance, and community connections. By adhering to platform-specific requirements and optimizing visuals for maximum appeal, these graphics played a critical role in driving downloads and generating excitement for the app's release.

I designed a range of assets for the launch of the Hello Alice x Mastercard credit card, aimed at promoting the card’s benefits to small business owners. These materials included digital advertisements, social media graphics, and email campaigns, all tailored to align with Hello Alice's branding. Each design highlighted key features of the card, such as rewards programs, exclusive benefits for small businesses, and how it empowers entrepreneurs to manage their finances effectively. The cohesive campaign ensured a strong visual and messaging impact, driving awareness and engagement during the product launch.

I designed a variety of marketing print assets aligned with the Hello Alice brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in visual identity and messaging. These materials, including invites, flyers, and event programs, were distributed to attendees at enterprise events to enhance engagement and provide valuable resources. Each piece was crafted to reflect the brand’s whimsical aesthetic while effectively communicating key information to the target audience.

Working closely with the product team, I redesigned several pages of the website, including the MARCOM homepage and the credit card landing page. I also introduced new online pages, such as the Strive landing page and Strive event registration pages. With the support of the product team, I ensured that the marketing pages were aligned with the design foundations, maintaining consistency throughout.

Barneys New York

Barneys New York’s marketing was defined by bold creativity and sophistication, featuring iconic ad campaigns, legendary window displays, and exclusive collaborations with top designers. It emphasized luxury experiences through events, VIP services, and personalized shopping, while leveraging digital platforms with editorial-style content and engaging social media. This approach reinforced Barneys’ reputation as a trendsetter in high-end fashion, captivating a global audience. I contributed to this legacy by designing assets such as newspaper and magazine ads for publications like the New York Post, New York Times, Chicago Tribune, and Boston Globe, as well as in-store signage displayed in flagship, co-op, and outlet stores nationwide.
